NSF-Certified CIPP Liner for Watermain Renewal

For our liners to perform to your project’s performance demands, we custom-design and manufacture every UnitedBLUE CIPP liner (Formerly CIPP H₂0) to your exacting specifications and installation requirements.

We understand there is no margin for error. We will work with you to understand variables such as internal operating and testing pressure requirements, resin selection, appropriate layers of glass reinforcement and many other key factors in manufacturing UnitedBLUE Liner.

UnitedBLUE^™

UnitedBLUE™ conforms to ASTM F1216 and is a NSF 61 Certified product formulated to provide extended pot life and working time in the field to assure quality installation of CIPP Potable Water Liners. UnitedBLUE technology allows for a longer working time without sacrificing fast cure times. UnitedBLUE has been developed and formulated to meet the demands of difficult lining projects. It can also be refrigerated at 0°C | 32°F and transported to the jobsite for large diameter CIPP applications. Liners can be held for up to four days.

Constructed for potable water applications that comply with NSF 61, BNQ and other applicable standards.

Third-party tested verifies 100-year design life
Fiberglass reinforcement provides dynamic, self-supporting properties. Can be engineered to perform in pressure systems as a stand-alone AWWA Class IV pipe.
Maximum pressure will depend on size and design criteria, but typically pressures up to 200 PSI (10.34 bar) can be accommodated depending on design and diameter.
